Instructions
  1. Combine pumpkin, honey, applesauce or oil, flax or eggs and water. Mix well.
  2. Add remaining dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. Fill lined or greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes.
