Nutrition counseling to embrace wellness and eat effortlessly
— at the same time.

If you’re reading this, your anxiety may have overcome your pleasure for eating.

Maybe you’re struggling to know how to eat.

Or you are discouraged because you’re too busy to plan nourishing meals.

Maybe you’ve been diagnosed with an eating disorder and need help in recovery.

Or you just know something isn’t right in how you interact with food.

Whatever the food anxiety that brought you here, rest easy that you’re in the right place.

My career has been dedicated to guiding and empowering women just like you to create a positive, healthy relationship with food.

I take a holistic and strategic approach to eating. This means that instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all approach, together we’ll consider your overall mindset, lifestyle and situation, and solve your food problems at their root.

In short, I’m here to nurture you every step of the way to embrace your healthiest self.

My Credentials and home life

I received my degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. I am currently a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and also belong to the practice groups of Behavioral Health Nutrition and Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition.

When I’m not busy working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married to my biggest supporter and mom to four fun and busy kids. We enjoy sports, being outdoors and getting creative in the kitchen – you might catch some of my favorite recipes on my blog.

I’ve had my own struggles with food and body image, which is why I am passionate about helping you. I know food peace is possible and will lead to a better relationship with yourself and all those you love.

Are you ready to escape the diet cycle and replace it with a flexible, satisfying and nourishing self-care plan?
