I am often asked about finding motivation to eat well and live a health lifestyle. I would say that the only way to commit to a healthy lifestyle is loving the body you have been given. When you see it as a gift, a vehicle for living your life’s dream, realize how amazing it is and are motivated out of love for it, then wanting to take care of it becomes very natural and easy. But if you are constantly fighting it out of hate or manipulation, then motivation for healthy behaviors won’t last long. At the end of it all, the only real and effective motivation is always love!
